I am a Mother of 3 adult children & 5 Grandsons (all live away from home) I am from very low income so what I can offer is from my heart and not wealth. I am not working due to health and currently a Volunteer for Citizens Advice Bureau for over 15 years, you can find the website by googling cab.org.nz. It is a handy website to have while travelling NZ, if you have any questions, look in the directory for a CAB in your area or call the 0800 number, staff are happy to help in any way. I live 7 minutes from Invercargill CBD ( you can also catch the Heidleberg city bus from my gate to town and back fee is about $3per person) 10 minutes to Invercargill Airport & Approx 30min to Stewart Island ferry. ACCOMMODATION: NO Internet, NO Drugs of any kind, Cigarette smoking is OK. Sexual status: straight only. My home is not suitable for fussy people, I can only offer casual accommodation at this stage I x single bed 1x mattress that can be put on floor. You will need to provide own food. Washing machine/ Laundry available Tent: I have some space around yard if needed. I have 2 driveways, I can accommodate a car if you want to park and sleep in your car or small camper. OTHER Airport: if I am available, I would be happy to pick you up or drop you off within town boundary if needing a ride to or from Airport. (donation for petrol) If you are travelling to Stewart Island and would like to leave car here, that is fine. I may be able to take you to bluff or pick up from bluff (petrol donation) If you are in the area and would like to visit, cook a meal, do some laundry, unwind or just chat, while you look around our city I would love to have the opportunity to meet you. Most importantly have a safe, relaxing time.
