Our names are Peter and Brigitte Hahn, we have three grown-up children and four grandchildren. We have been pensioners for a few years now. I worked as an educator and remedial teacher in a children's home for over 40 years. Brigitte is a seamstress and worked in housekeeping at the same children's home for many years. We live in a small village in the north-east of Bavaria, have a house with a large plot of land on the edge of the forest, just a few kilometres from the A9 motorway, Gefrees exit. Brigitte loves the garden and I enjoy craft projects or making music. The nearest larger towns of Bayreuth and Hof can be reached by car in 30 minutes, and it takes about an hour to get to Nuremberg, Bamberg, Coburg or Karlsbad (CZ).
