How to Edit your Profile
Keeping your profile up to date helps other members learn more about you while maintaining your privacy and security.
Step 1: Open Your Profile Settings
After logging in to your account:
- Go to your Account Dashboard.
- Select Edit Profile.
Alternatively, you can access your profile settings from:
My Account → Edit Profile
Your Edit Profile Dashboard
The Edit Profile Dashboard allows you to update your personal information, profile photo, contact details, and other account settings.
Review and update your information as required.
Profile Photo Guidelines
Do not add a full-face frontal photo of yourself (we want to keep you safe from face recognition).
To keep you safer online, use :
- an avatar, or
- a photo taken from the side or back view, or at a distance, or
- a silhouette, or
- a photo of your pet, or
- a photo with your face obscured, cropped off or blurred
Not not use full facial photos, please!
to keep your identity safer online
but give your visitors some idea of who are you!
Step 2: Update Your Profile Information
Complete or edit the profile fields as required.
You may update information such as:
- Profile photo
- Host name
- Contact details
- Personal information
- Other account settings available on your profile
Be sure to review your information before saving.
Step 3: Save Your Changes
Once you have finished updating your profile:
- Click the Update Account button.
- Wait for the confirmation message indicating that your changes have been saved successfully.
Your profile information will be updated immediately.
