Running a farm is 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. We would like a break, to go away for a few days/weeks together!

Can you come and look after our animals while we are away?

• 1 Maremma dog (Italian sheepdog)
• 2 Kelpie/Maremma cross puppies – born Oct 2024
• 2 Cats
• 5 Goats
• Approx 20 sheep
• Approx 50 chickens

They will require putting into their night pens in the evening and releasing in the morning. Feeding and watering evening and morning.

During the day, your time is your own so you can go hiking, drives through the mountains, vineyards, markets on the weekends, etc. (See www.visittenterfield.com.au/things-to-do).

Or, stay at home on the farm, watching movies on Netflix, Prime, and YouTube (unlimited data). Or working remoting on your laptop/device.

Our farm is an hour’s drive from the nearest town (Tenterfield) so you will need to bring enough food, etc for your time here. Make sure you have enough fuel in your vehicle to drive 120+km.

Don’t have your own vehicle? That’s OK. We can pick you up from the bus or train-bus. Let us know when you are arriving.
